For communities

Every side. Every fixture. Every result. In one place.

Kept live from the sideline by whoever is there. Your coaches, your parents, your supporters. Nobody assigned, everyone welcome.

For sports directors, heads of sport, club secretaries and league administrators.

The problem

You’re running a sports programme. Not a newsroom.

However many sides you have out, they play at the same time, in different places.

So the same gameday gets written up more than once. A group chat, a spreadsheet, the website, a newsletter. Every channel with its own audience, and nobody on all of them.

It’s organised chaos. And expectations have never been higher.

What you get

Captured once. Available to everyone.

Tapped in once Whoever is at the game taps the score in. It lands on the team page, on every follower’s phone and in the record at the same moment. Nothing to retype into a group, a spreadsheet or a newsletter.
No list to be on Anyone can follow any side. A grandparent, a former player, a parent who arrived mid-season. Nobody has to be added to anything, and nobody misses out because they weren’t on the right list.
Live, not Monday Kick-off, half time and full time as they happen. The people who couldn’t be there find out at the same moment as the people who were.
A record that builds itself Every fixture and result kept and searchable, by team, by sport or across the whole community. It accumulates as the season goes, and nobody has to maintain it.

Working together

What changes if we work with you.

Scoreboard Live works whether or not you ever speak to us.

These four things only happen if you do.

01 We load your fixtures Send us your season in whatever form you already have it. A spreadsheet, a PDF, a link to your fixtures page. We put it in, so no parent is adding games one at a time and nobody on your staff has to type anything.
02 We help your people find it A link, a QR code for the noticeboard, and a short paragraph you can drop into the newsletter you already send. The more people who know it’s there, the more of your fixtures actually get covered.
03 We help you reach past your list Your newsletter reaches the families on it. Your community is wider: past pupils, grandparents, families who have moved on. We give you what you need to point them all at one place, and from then on every result broadcasts itself.
04 We build the next part with you We are early, on purpose. What a school, club or league your size actually needs is what we are working on now, and the communities we start with are the ones who decide what that is.

Plainly

What it costs you.

Free. No licence, no per-team fee, no contract.
Nothing to install. It runs in any phone browser.
Nobody on your staff has to be assigned to it.
No learner accounts, and no child is named anywhere in Scoreboard Live.
Independent. We are not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with any school, union or league, and we never claim to be an official record.
Nothing to undo. If it isn’t useful, stop using it. There is nothing to cancel.

First step

Send us your fixture list.

We’ll load your season and send back a link to your community page. No meeting, no commitment, and if you never do anything else with it, it still works.

Send your fixtures Talk to us

We reply within one working day. If you’d rather talk it through first, that’s fine too.
